Director of Youth and Family Ministries

Kingsland First Methodist Church is seeking a Director of Youth and Family Ministries to lead and grow our youth and adult programs in accordance with Methodist doctrine.

Position Details:
• Full-time, salaried (exempt)
• Salary: $32,000–$35,000 annually
• Hours: Approx. 30–40 hours per week, depending on church calendar and events

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and oversee weekly and monthly adult and youth programs
• Teach Biblically sound curriculum
• Coordinate volunteers and ensure Ministry Safe compliance
• Lead events, service projects, trips, and outreach
• Support youth worship and adult ministry activities

Ideal Candidate:
• Strong Christian faith and heart for ministry
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Able to work evenings/weekends as needed
