You Can't Do Life Alone
Well, technically, you can "do life alone"... kind of. But it's so much better when you can "do life with friends." Adult Bible Studies at Kingsland First Methodist Church offers a chance to make new friends, to have a safe place to ask questions, to dig into God's word together, and to see how truly relevant and meaningful it is for each of us today. We want to make it easy for you to find people to "do life with" because that's much more fun than doing life alone.

Study: Our curriculum consists of a daily reading plan. We alternate reading 2 chapters from the Old Testament one day and the next 1 chapter from the New Testament. Then we use the S.O.A.P. plan and record the following:
S = scripture -- chose one scripture from the reading of the day
O = observation - what can you observe about this verse / seeking why God included this
A = application -- how can you apply this verse to your life now
P = prayer -- end with a prayer that this scripture is leading you to apply this truth in your life.
On Sundays we share our verses and our observations and applications.
